The Representation of the Ludwig Scale
The higher the number on the Ludwig scale, the more advanced the loss. The rate at which women lose hair differs.
There are women that lose hair very rapidly in their 30's up to a Ludwig II will stay at that point for years and only after their 50's the alopecia will slowly evolve to a Ludwig III phase.
Diffuse hair loss in women can occur mainly after giving birth due to hormonal imbalance.
